Meet The Team
Ivan Pather:
Founder & Director
Ivan Pather has a diverse career spanning over 23 years. He began in the engineering sector in early 1997, working on projects for Eskom (one of which was for the late Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela), and various other entities. In the latter part of 2005, Ivan took the daring path of becoming an entrepreneur in South Africa, through which he has successfully grown his empire.
His journey in entrepreneurship started with him as the founder of Tizco Holdings and later saw him acquiring several other business units. Ivan is a qualified auditor, Pr Technical Engineer and holds various leadership and management roles.
At Tazumi Tech Rev, Ivan engages stakeholders from a strategic point of view, ensuring that all resources work together to serve the client's needs.
Sonia Dube:
Relationship Manager
Sonia started her career in property conducting research for 8 years. She then decided to further her studies in a field she is passionate about and qualified as a Life Coach in 2016.
Sonia desires to partner with others in becoming the best version of themselves professionally and personally.
Her role at Tazumi Tech Rev involves building and nurturing relationships with clients and resources that form part of the organization. She strongly believes that a company is as healthy as its relationships.
